Schottenstein Property Group, Inc. (SPG) is a vertically-integrated owner, operator, and redeveloper of high quality, power/big box shopping centers.
SPG is a large privately-held portfolio of premier retail properties. The portfolio consists of 84 operating properties located in major population areas in 22 states. These properties contain in excess of 11 million square feet of gross leasable space. They’re predominately anchored by national retail tenants including American Signature, Bed, Bath & Beyond, DSW, TJX Companies, and Wal-Mart.
Additionally, SPG’s holdings include office and warehouse facilities. For future development, SPG also owns many undeveloped parcels in highly visible downtown locations.
